Backed by over 19 years of experience leading high-impact initiatives at the world’s most influential technology companies, Timothy Washington established Washington Solutions LLC to help the next generation of leaders navigate the unwritten rules of corporate success.
Timothy's career spans the full arc of modern technology leadership. He began in enterprise digital transformation at GE Aerospace through a competitive Digital Technology Leadership Program, then moved into Salesforce consulting at Summa and CGI, where he advised organizations on systems design and operational efficiency. He joined Meta and WhatsApp as a DEI and organizational leader reporting directly to the COO of WhatsApp, where he shaped people strategy and culture at global scale. He then joined Google, where he served as a Senior Program Manager on the Product Inclusion and Equity team, partnering with more than 25 product teams across the organization, including on Gemini, Google's flagship generative AI product.
Washington Solutions LLC was founded in January 2026 to bring that executive-level experience directly to leaders and organizations that are ready to operate differently. The firm advises on product governance and responsible AI, organizational transformation, executive strategy and leadership development, and community architecture. Our clients are senior leaders, product executives, and organizations navigating complexity at scale who need a trusted advisor with real experience inside the rooms where consequential decisions get made.
Timothy earned an MBA and Master of Science in Sports Management with honors from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, and holds a Bachelor of Science from Syracuse University, where he attended on a full athletic scholarship. He was inducted into the Bristol Sports Hall of Fame in 2023. Outside of his consulting practice, he is a committed community leader and serves on his local community board.
In 2024, Timothy established the Timothy Washington Sr. Memorial Fund in honor of his father's lifelong dedication to service and community. The fund provides scholarships and community donations as an extension of that legacy.
