Meet Timothy Washington
Timothy Washington is a senior technology executive and strategic advisor with nearly two decades of experience building and transforming organizations at some of the world's most influential companies. His career spans the full arc of modern technology leadership.
He began in enterprise digital transformation at GE Aerospace through a competitive Digital Technology Leadership Program. He then built Salesforce consulting practices at Summa and CGI, advising organizations on systems design and operational efficiency. He joined Meta as Head of Organizational Culture and Strategy at WhatsApp, reporting directly to the COO, where he shaped people strategy and organizational culture at global scale. Most recently he served as Senior Program Manager on Google's Product Inclusion and Equity team, partnering with more than 25 product teams across the organization including on Gemini.
Timothy earned an MBA and Master of Science in Sports Management with honors from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a Bachelor of Science from Syracuse University, where he attended on a full athletic scholarship. In 2023 he was inducted into the Bristol Sports Hall of Fame. Outside of his practice he serves on his local community board.
Why Washington Solutions
After nearly two decades inside some of the world's most influential organizations, Timothy reached a clear conclusion. The frameworks, the access, and the strategies he had spent a career developing were more valuable outside those walls than within them.
Washington Solutions LLC was founded in January 2026 as a deliberate choice: to stop being a resource exclusively for one organization and start being a resource for the leaders and organizations that need it most. The work he had been doing for companies worth hundreds of billions of dollars could now work directly for the people doing the building.
That same commitment to legacy and impact extends beyond the boardroom. In 2024 Timothy established the Timothy Washington Sr. Memorial Fund in honor of his father's lifelong dedication to service and community. The fund provides scholarships and community support as an extension of that legacy and as a daily reminder of why the work matters.
