Built with Dr. Dena Samuels and delivered by trained facilitators, it meets athletes where they are: in the locker room, in the classroom, and in the transition that comes after the last whistle.
Objective: A structured development experience that strengthens identity, trust, brand awareness, and transition readiness across the full student-athlete journey.
Outcome: Athletes who know who they are beyond their sport, teams that communicate and hold each other accountable under pressure, and a department that can point to athlete development as a competitive advantage, not a compliance exercise.

Washington Solutions helps families run recruiting with an honest evaluation of your athlete's level, profiles and film built the way coaches read them, a real list of target schools, and outreach that actually gets sent, every week, until signing. The work is led personally by Tim Washington, a former Division 1 football player at Syracuse and UMass who has also run this process as a parent for his own kids. NIL guidance is built in, with eligibility protected at every step.
Objective: An honest read of where your athlete stands, and a step by step plan to reach the right level of college program.
Outcome: Complete profiles, real film, a vetted target list, and weekly outreach to coaches, with parents who understand every step of the process and every dollar before they commit to anything.

NIL guidance: brand building and deal education that protects eligibility under state association and NCAA rules
