Here is exactly what Washington Solutions charges for recruiting work.

Every plan is a flat fee.
Recruiting Advisory (Grades 10 to 12)
$2,900 per 12-month term
Washington Solutions runs your athlete's recruiting: profiles, film, and coach outreach, with academic checkpoints built in.
Start: $250 at signing, then $250 at 30 days
Then your choice: $240/month for 10 months, or $200/month for 12 months
Renew after a completed term at $175/month, with no new start fee. A senior-year renewal runs at $175/month until graduation, and our work continues through signing and enrollment.
Summers are quiet in the base plan. The Summer Plan, $600, is how summer work happens.
Senior Sprint (New Senior-Year Families and Transfers)
$3,500 through College Signing
Senior year, compressed: the full recruiting build and outreach push for families starting in the senior year.
Start: $250 at signing, then $250 at 30 days
Then your choice: $500/month for 6 months, or $250/month for 12 months
Eighth Grade Foundation (Grades 8 and 9)
$1,500 per school year
The foundation years: recruiting education, academic tracking, and early positioning before the recruiting calendar opens up. There is a package for eighth grade and a separate one for ninth grade, at the same price.
Start: $250 at signing, then $250 at 30 days
Then $100/month for 10 months on auto-pay, or $1,500 flat
Joining mid-year, the price prorates at $375 per remaining quarter
Sophomore year step up: when school starts sophomore year, your athlete moves to the full Recruiting Advisory on the terms above, and the monthly payment steps up to $200 or $240 depending on the path you choose.
That is the year profiles, film, and coach outreach run in full, and the price matches the bigger package.

Summer recruiting work as a stand-alone plan, or added to a base term that pauses for the summer.

A full review of your athlete's recruiting position: film, grades, profiles, target schools, and a written plan.
The full $750 is credited toward a Recruiting Advisory term or Senior Sprint started within 30 days.
How We Save You Money, And Do More
Recruiting help usually comes in pieces: a platform subscription here, a film service there, an hourly consultant when things get urgent. Every piece charges you, and you still do most of the work yourself. We built Washington Solutions the other way: one flat fee, the work done for you, and a person who knows your athlete.
The money
One flat fee, never a percentage. Our fee is never tied to a scholarship and never a cut of one. The price on this page is the whole price.
You do not pay for quiet months. Base terms pause for the summer instead of billing through it.
Spreading payments costs nothing extra. Both payment paths total the same. The monthly shape is financing, not a markup.
Your audit money is not lost. The $750 audit is credited in full toward a plan started within 30 days.
Loyalty is priced in. Families who complete a term renew at $175 a month with no new start fee, and a family with us since before senior year is carried through signing and enrollment at no extra charge.
No platform upsells. We build and manage your athlete's profiles on the free tiers, including NCSA. If a platform pitches you a paid upgrade, you do not need it.

Every dream school gets contacted. Then we build the realistic list underneath it, and work both.
Personal, not a portal. You work with one advisor who knows your athlete's film, grades, and goals, and you get an update every week on exactly what was done.
A small roster, on purpose. We limit how many athletes we take so the service stays personal. When the roster fills, we stop taking athletes, not corners.
Academics included. The academic checkpoints are built into every plan at no extra fee, because grades decide offers as much as film does.

FAQs
What sports do you cover?
Right now we work with football, soccer (boys and girls), volleyball (boys and girls), and basketball (boys and girls). Those are the sports where our coach networks and recruiting playbooks are built out. But we are fully equipped to handle any sport your athlete plays. Either way we will tell you honestly whether we can help, or point you somewhere better.
Do we have to pay for NCSA?
No. Your plan includes an NCSA recruiting profile that we build and manage for your athlete on NCSA's free tier. NCSA sells paid upgrades, and their team may pitch them to you. You do not need them. If that ever changes for your athlete's situation, we will tell you plainly, and tell you why.
Who holds the logins for my athlete's profiles?
We do, with your permission, and only to do the work. Washington Solutions creates and manages your athlete's recruiting profiles, including NCSA, FieldLevel, SportsRecruits, Hudl, Linktree, and their recruiting YouTube channel, so nothing falls through the cracks. Your athlete keeps their own personal email and social media accounts. You can ask us for any login at any time, and you can revoke our access in writing whenever you want.
How do the payment plans work?
Every plan starts the same way: $250 at signing, then $250 at 30 days. The rest of the flat fee is split into equal monthly payments on auto-pay. Where a plan offers two paths, they cost the same total either way; one just spreads it thinner. You can also pay the full price up front. Prices on this page are for payment by ACH or check; paying by card adds 3%. Because the price is a fixed fee for the full plan, the balance is still owed if your athlete commits early or the season ends early. What you will never get from us is a surprise charge.
My athlete is a freshman. What happens sophomore year?
Freshman year is the Eighth Grade Foundation at $1,500 for the school year: recruiting education, academic tracking, and early positioning. Do you guarantee a scholarship or an offer?
No, and be careful with anyone who does. Coaches make those decisions, not advisors. What we stand behind is the work: profiles built right, film in front of the right coaches, outreach that actually happens, and straight answers about where your athlete stands. Our fees are flat, and never tied to a scholarship.
